I help guide women back to themselves through embodied, soul-centered healing.

As a licensed therapist certified in Somatic Healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), my work integrates depth psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, and the wisdom of astrology, honoring the body, the psyche, and the cosmos as one interconnected system. Together we explore, embody, embrace, and empower the wholeness that was always yours.

Healing is not linear. It is cyclical, sacred, and deeply personal.
