My work lives at the intersection of depth psychotherapy and soul-centered healing. As a licensed therapist certified in Somatic Healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), I have a gift for seeing beneath the surface into the deeper threads of the unspoken stories, the hidden strengths and the patterns asking to be transformed. 

I understand that anxiety, trauma, and disconnection are held in the cells of the body before they manifest in the mind. 

Together I will help you untangle old patterns, reconnect with your body's natural intelligence and move into deeper alignment with your authentic self. In this space you will feel seen, supported and gently challenged. We will explore the edges of your comfort while staying grounded in safety and compassion and honoring the sacred timing of your own unfolding. 

I specialize in supporting women who came to believe that their needs were too much, not important enough, or simply not safe to express. And the inner child who became so skilled at caring for everyone else and hiding their truth, that they lost the thread back to themselves. Together we will find the path back to yourself in a way that is felt, integrated, and embodied from the inside out.
